A bare concrete slab in a warehouse or plant takes a beating: forklift traffic, chemical spills, thermal cycling, and constant abrasion slowly break down the surface, creating dust, spalling, and joints that fail. An epoxy coated slab seals the concrete into a dense, seamless surface that resists impact, chemicals, and wear, cleans easily, and brightens the work area.

How long does an epoxy floor last in a warehouse?
On a sound, properly prepared slab, a commercial epoxy system typically lasts many years even under forklift traffic. The main causes of early failure are poor surface preparation and coating over damaged or damp concrete, which is exactly what our process is built to prevent.
Can you coat an old or damaged slab?
Yes, and this is where being a concrete repair contractor matters. We repair cracks, spalls, and joints, grind the surface to the right profile, and then install the system. If the slab is beyond economic repair, we can rebuild it.
How long is the floor out of service?
Preparation and coating are staged around your operations, and we plan the work in sections where possible. Cure time before full traffic depends on the system; we give you the schedule in the written quote so downtime is known up front.
Do you handle the line striping and safety markings?
Yes. Aisles, walkways, and hazard zones can be built into the floor system so markings last as long as the coating.
